Here is how to test your HTML code without even needing internet connection!1

    1. Open notepad
    2. Type in your HTML code
    3. File > Save As
    4. Save it as FILENAME.html
    5. Double click on the new file

    And your done!

    1. Internet connection required if taking anything from the internet. e.g. images using urls, embedded Scratch projects

Nice guide, but the last sentence seems a little vague. By taking something from the internet, do you mean JavaScript libraries, images from Cubeupload, or anything related to that? CSS stylesheets could potentially also mean this.

Until that gets clarified, I'll leave this topic unpinned.

(edited post - fixed minor grammar mistake)

    That's enough.

I will pin this topic, but I have an idea for it. You don't have to necessarily do it now, you can do it anytime you want (or never, if this is a bad idea) but perhaps you could explain more in detail what every step does? Currently, the user can only do what you say and not know the information about what they're doing.
