I'm thinking, it would be a good idea to have a section (e.g. Suggestions, Announcements, Website Ideas) for tutorials.
How it would work, is that a person would type up a tutorial in that place of the forums to help people make websites.
E.g.QUOTEHOW TO MAKE BOLD TEXT
type down:CODE<b> your text here </b>
and you will get bold text.
but obviously not that simple

Good idea, but instead of creating a new section for it, can't we keep tutorials in the "New Web Developers" and "Help with Coding" areas? They are really the places where these belong, not anywhere else.
(edit - fixed some mistakes, misunderstood this suggestion)
